Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sale@ozjack.com.au.

Note:

Please check your delivery package then sign the dilevery package than sign paperwork.Once you sign paperwork that means transport company delivered your item in perfect condition and no longer covers insurance.

NOTE: For all of our products we follow manufacturer warranties.If you have any problems or defect we will refer you to our supplier/manufacturer for assist and they will deal with problems you have.

 

Transport/Freight

Although transport company cover unto $2000 if any theft or loss whilst your goods are being delivered/transported.It is critical that you understand And check your Item before signing any paperwork on dilevery.Once you signed dilevery paperwork you stated that You received your goods in perfect conditions after that we or transport company will not accept any responsibility for any damage to your item.

Therefore, it remains your responsibility to ensure that you check your goods on dilevery if there is any signs of damage or abuse to item while transport take photos immediately and make note of damage item on delivery before signing and notify us as soon as possible.


Warranty

The 12 Months/1000Hrs Factory Warranty (including 6 months Electrical Parts Warranty) is void if Forklifts, Stackers or Pallet Jacks have not been serviced according to manual instructions, proper use and general maintenance.  All other products must also comply to safety instructions, capacity rating and the user manual.If a product is faulty, it should be returned to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the item.

Jialift  products sold for customers outside Melbourne metropolitan areas are covered only by factory parts warranty only, any labour work is not covered.

For Melbourne metro areas- our warranty includes Factory Parts and Labour with a professional team of forklift technicians, however your forklift must be regularly serviced and preventative maintenance taken. The first forklift service should be at approx. 50hrs or after a month of use, and then every 250hrs /or at least every 6 months – whichever comes first and depending on use. Our Pallet Jacks and Stackers come with a 12months factory warranty on the hydraulic components (pump) only.

Niuli  products sold for customers outside Sydney metropolitan areas are covered only by factory parts warranty only, any labour work is not covered.

Niuli product customers in Sydney metro areas- our warranty includes Factory Parts and Labour with a professional team of forklift technicians, however your forklift must be regularly serviced and preventative maintenance taken. The first forklift service should be at approx. 50hrs or after a month of use, and then every 250hrs /or at least every 6 months – whichever comes first and depending on use. Our Pallet Jacks and Stackers come with a 12months factory warranty on the hydraulic components (pump) only.

Warranty does not cover damage from electrical parts, wear and tear, misuse, abuse, tampering, water, fire, overload due to excess weight, bent frame/forks from excess user weight/uneven balanced weight , or freight charges. For Jialift product customers out of Melbourne metro areas, please make certain that your forklift or stacker is regularly serviced to keep factory parts warranty valid.For Niuli product customers out of Sydney metro areas, please make certain that your forklift or stacker is regularly serviced to keep factory parts warranty valid.

Public Liability and Insurance
All the products sold on www.ozjack.com.au website, manufacturers are liable for any product-related public liabilities and damages for insurance cover.
